We deeply respect each product, avoiding masking it with unnecessary spices or flavors foreign to the dish.

Our goal is to honor the ingredients through techniques that we master perfectly, creating dishes that transmit feelings. Although our main inspiration comes from Mallorca and traditional Sollerica cuisine, we are also influenced by other cultures and culinary techniques that we discover on our travels.
